What counts as a query?
One chat question or one API search counts as one query. Follow-up questions in the same conversation each count as one. Uploading, syncing and browsing documents never consume queries.
When you approach your monthly limit, admins get a quota.warning webhook and an in-app notice — nothing stops silently.

What happens when I hit a limit?+
You're warned before it happens — a quota.warning webhook and an in-app notice as the query cap approaches. At the cap, new queries pause until the month rolls over or you upgrade; your documents and answers history stay fully accessible.
How are users counted?+
Everyone invited into your workspace counts as a user, whatever their role — viewer, member, team manager or admin. Free includes 3, Team 15, Business 100.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with the higher limits. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle. Billing is handled in INR via Razorpay from the admin console.
Do unused queries roll over?+
No — the query allowance resets each month. Storage, users and document limits are ongoing capacities, not monthly allowances.
Is there a plan larger than Business?+
If you need more than 20,000 queries, 50 GB or 100 users, write to us — larger limits and enterprise sign-in (SAML/OIDC) are available on request.
